Chief Operating Officer, Stu Meacham, oversees the administration of our investment advisory services.   As a team member of Cozad/Westchester, our joint venture that invests in farmland for institutional pension plans, Stu is responsible for accounting, reporting to investors and managing the portfolio.  Stu also assists high net worth clients with tax and investment planning.

Eminently qualified in the area of farmland real estate investments, Stu has served as chairman of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) Farmland Index.

A 1978 honors graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in accounting, Stu earned the Chartered Financial Consultant diploma and certification.  He also holds Illinois licenses as a Certified Public Accountant, life and health insurance producer, as well as numerous securities registrations.  Before joining Cozad in 1982, Stu worked in public accounting with Price Waterhouse in Chicago and as a senior accountant in a Central Illinois CPA firm.
