Jim Vermette, a Cozad executive vice president, provides comprehensive investment consulting to a diverse mix of clients, including professional athletes, inventors, corporate executives, foundations and retirement plans.  He is a registered representative with M Holdings Securities, Inc. Corporation.

Jim earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from the University of Illinois.  He has remained actively involved with the U of I , serving as a member of the Business Advisory Council, U of I Foundation, Alumni Association and Varsity I (baseball).  He enjoys sharing his professional expertise and has made frequent presentations to U of I groups on such topics as management, marketing, motivation and strategic planning.

He has also served on a number of corporate boards, including Bank of Illinois, BIC, Rhino Robots, Penta, Community Technology, Johnston Supermarkets and Alumni Campus Abroad.  He is founder and director of C & J Investments, Selectrite Investments and James E. Vermette Consulting.
