As chief executive officer, Greg follows in the footsteps of his father, V. Dale Cozad, who incorporated Cozad Asset Management in 1972. Greg charts the overall strategic direction of the company and guides the growth of all its operations, including asset management, investment planning and new business initiatives. To further the financial goals of Cozad’s clients, he works to discover niche opportunities for investments. He leads the marketing efforts for the Small-Cap Value Composite that Cozad Asset Management developed with Dr. David Ikenberry. He also serves high net worth clients in determining asset allocation and investment strategies.

Greg graduated with distinction from Indiana University and went on to receive both law and master’s of business administration degrees from the University of Notre Dame. A certified financial planner, Greg is knowledgeable in all aspects of financial management. He is also a registered representative with M Holdings Securities, Inc.

Greg has participated in a wide variety of volunteer activities and currently serves as president of the Stevick Foundation. In the past he has served on the Champaign City Council and the Champaign-Urbana Economic Development Corporation board. Greg also has been involved with a number of Christian groups, including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Young Life and Pinnacle Forum. In connection with the First Presbyterian Church, he has served as an elder and chair of the finance team. Recently, he participated in a church mission trip to Malawi, Africa, promoting microfinance through Opportunity International.
